Aircall: Designing trust into Aircall's first AI voice agent
Aircall's AI Voice Agent answers and makes phone calls on behalf of a business. I led its design from a fully assisted beta to ~45% self-serve adoption, cutting the time to go live from two weeks to four days.

Veepee: One entry point to sell across Europe
Veepee's partner experience was split across the companies it had acquired in Spain, Italy and Belgium. I mapped it end to end and set the design direction that cut partner onboarding from 7–8 weeks to 2–3 on average.

Cycloid: From internal tool to SaaS product
Cycloid's DevOps platform was powerful, but sold and used like an internal tool. As the company's first designer, I built the design practice from zero and shaped the product during its move to SaaS, while the company grew from $8M to $28M.

A city-backed platform connecting Paris neighbors with local service providers. As founding designer, I designed the service that grew from one paper-based kiosk to supporting 250–300 requests a day.
